Brittany started her journey into the dog world in 2017 when she brought home her reactive sheltie, Perseus. She had to quickly learn all about dog training to help him manage his big feelings about the world and fell in love with training dogs. From there she started trick training and virtual titling as well as taking agility and rally classes and Perseus flourished.

In 2021, she brought home another sheltie, Orion, and together they have done trick titles, AKC and CPE scent work, fast cat, rally, and freestyle. They’ve also dabbled in barn hunt and agility.

When she isn’t playing with her shelties, Brittany is an artist and a small business owner who joined up with West Michigan Dog Sports to share her experience in managing social media and marketing. She’s very excited to make dog sports easy to access for people in West Michigan and bring more training opportunities to this side of the state.
